Contact camp@spsnyc.org to register after 6/17 as box will not arrive in time for the first day of camp.

Sutton Summer Camp In-a-Box is a virtual 6 week camp program. A box of materials is included in your camp tuition with the supplies needed for all of the zoom activities led by KNS's beloved teachers. Sutton Summer Camp will take place over zoom between June 22nd and July 31st. Each week will include: Science with Cassie, Gymnastics with Melissa, Sports with Rachel, and Theater with Molly. Each morning at Sutton Summer will start with an all camp kick-off at 9:30 AM immediately followed by the first activity of the day!

Payment Information

Payment for Camp in a Box is $1200 for the entire program. Upon registration, your account will be billed $1200 minus any deposit you've made this year for Sutton Summer.

Photo and Video Release

I hereby give my permission to Sutton Summer Camp to use images and/or videos of my child taken during camp activities in any Sutton Summer or Sutton Place Synagogue publication and promotional materials. These may include print materials, the Sutton Summer website, SPS website and social media. Children will not be identified by name.

Zoom Recording Permission

I understand that by registering my child/children for Sutton Summer Camp in-a-box that any and all zoom activities will be recorded. These recordings will be distributed to families to access for 7 days after the activity. These recordings are only intended for Sutton Summer families and I agree to not distribute them in any form. By joining any zoom activity with video and audio enabled I understand that anyone in my household could be part of the recording of the activity.

General Waiver

I understand that this program will only be offered if the minimum number of participants is reached. I understand that my child/children must be supervised while participating in all activities via zoom and while engaging with any materials provided by Sutton Summer. I understand that Sutton Summer is not providing any supervision over zoom to ensure the materials are used safely.

By acknowledging and signing below, I am delivering an electronic signature that will have the same effect as an original manual paper signature in reference to the Photo/Video release, zoom recording permission, and general waiver. The electronic signature will be equally as binding as the original manual paper signature. By submitting this form I understand that payment in full must be received by 6/10/2020.
