SPS is a vibrant congregation, affiliated with the Conservative movement where people of all ages and backgrounds engage in learning Torah, acts of Tzedaka and participate in meaningful expressions of prayer; in an effort to strengthen their personal Jewish identity and to connect our membership with the greater Jewish community, Israel, and the global community in which we live.

From our engaging and interactive Shabbat services, to our highly regarded family center, nursery and religious schools, to the activities we offer for everyone from pre-schoolers to seniors, Sutton Place Synagogue provides spiritual and social opportunities for every segment of our congregation – in an environment where new members are quickly embraced and long-time members stay for generations.
